I'm currently based in Russia and open to remote roles. I hold a Bachelor's degree and a Master's degree in Computer Science.
I have used many other tools and languages on my own: JavaScript, TypeScript, Python, C#, Lua, C and C++. This does not make me an expert in all of them, but this broad experience positively reflects in my work. I have been programming since 2017 and in Rust since 2024. I still use some JS and Python from time to time.
I ship software (see all my work). Some of my projects are available online, and most of the recent ones are in Rust. I do all sorts of programming: gamedev, web dev, cli, native, embedded. I value actual skill and internal drive, and I hold code to high standards, but nuance matters.
I'm mindful of the tools I use when I have a choice. I prefer local-first for personal things and so I don't use cloud there. And I prefer not to generate code with LLMs because I like programming. I use Linux and Neovim to type in my code. My setup is pretty minimal overall.
